Oscaro is a leading e-commerce platform for automotive parts, designed to help anyone find the right component quickly, without requiring technical expertise.

Product page Web & App

Following user research and performance analysis, the product page was identified as insufficiently effective for users. The information hierarchy lacked clarity, making key content difficult to scan and understand. Several essential features were missing to properly support user decision-making, and the quantity selection was not optimized for ease of use.

These usability issues negatively impacted both the user experience and conversion performance. To address these limitations, a new version of the product page was designed with a stronger information structure, improved interactions, and a more user-centered approach.

Product Pack Web & App

Following UX analysis and behavioral insights, the product bundle was identified as ineffective for users. Its placement at the bottom of the page significantly reduced visibility, while its interaction logic was inconsistent, allowing the main product to be deselected from within the bundle. In addition, the click area was not optimized, leading to user frustration and rage clicks. The bundle was also not available on the mobile app, limiting its reach despite being a key lever to increase average order value.

These usability issues had a direct impact on both the user experience and commercial performance. To address these limitations, a new version of the product page was designed, featuring a reworked bundle that is more visible, more coherent, more intuitive and more accessible.

  • The primary product is automatically included to ensure consistent bundle behavior

  • Icons placed between product cards help clarify the bundle's purpose

  • The checkbox click area has been extended to the product image to simplify the user experience

  • Users can click on the product name and reference to access the dedicated product-page

  • The bundle is now available on the mobile app to unlock additional cross-sell opportunities and increase average order value
